FAQ's
Q How many dogs will be attending?
A Classes will be small in groups of 4 dogs.
Q Can more than one child attend?
A Yes up to two kids per adult and dog are allowed.
Q I more than 2 kids, anyway we can get around this?
A Gooddogz feels badly about this, but we feel that for each child to get the most out of the program, teams should be no more than two kids. If we have enough interst, Gooddogz will add a second day, and we encourage other family members to attend as well. Please call Nancy @671-2522 to discuss this.
Q Gooddogz Camp sounds like a great idea. Can I put a group of my daughter's friends together myself and scedule a class just for us?
A Yes!
Q Our dog has never had formal training, can we come?
Preference will be given to Gooddogz students, but please call to discuss your dog with the trainer to be sure that this class is a good fit you.
Q What if we sign up and my child gets sick?
Sorry there will be no refunds but you may apply your credit to other services that Gooddogz offers, including a future summer kids class.
Q What age kids?
A 6 and up
Q My 12 year old child took our dog to a 6 week Gooddogzy Manners class and did the training all by herself. Does an adult still need to be there?
A If your child has proven already that they are responsible, and can follow direcitons, then an adult does not need to be present, but this needs to be discussed prior to class.
Q My dog is teeny. Will there be other small dogs?
A We will make an effort to group dogs together accordingly, but we do not have a crystal ball and have no way of knowing at this time who is coming.
Q My dog sometimes doesn't like other dogs. Can he come?
A Please call the trainer to discuss this issue, but it doesn't sound likely.
Q My dog pulls my child around. Can He come?
ASafety is our # 1 priority and If your child cannot keep your dog under control then this class is not for them. We suggest Gooddogz Basic Manners class where kids are always welcome.
